How long does my order take to ship?

San Diego County Deliveries:
Orders with delivery addresses within San Diego County are typically delivered within two business days following shipment confirmation. Additionally, we do offer the same day delivery of available for immediate delivery items for selected zip codes.

Other Deliveries:
Orders shipped via UPS are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are determined by the package’s weight and dimensions

What is your return policy? 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@kamaluxe.com with your order number and the specific items you wish to return. We accept returns on items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible, returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and include the original packaging.

Please note that certain types of items are non-returnable, including customized or personalized products (such as special orders or items made specifically for you).

Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original form of payment promptly.
